Not bad, it is a new company so you will grow as it grow. During the interview they made sure I was comfortable by asking few easy Questions first and then talked about thier view of the firm and its future.

Positive interview experience generally as the panel were welcoming and engaging. They were quite honest about the role itself and the work seems really interesting. The offices were very nice too. Arranging the interview was very last minute and somewhat disorganised.
