Initial zoom screen with recruiter. Second round with hiring manager. Third round with department VP. Recruiter was nice enough. Hiring manager interview went well. The VP in the third round was 10+ mins late, promptly informed me he had a hard stop at the meeting end time in 20 mins, and seemed only to care I didn’t have experience working for a casino. After the third round, my recruiter told me I should hear something within a week. When I followed up, I found out she went on maternity leave. I then reached out to her out of office contact and got an automated rejection email. Super disappointed in the sudden lack of communication and care following the third round.
