HR phone screening then followed by panelist interview, pretty standard process. There were two panelist, one is the team manager you are going to work with. Asked about previous experience. They basically explain what something means (i.e., teamwork, leadership etc.), then ask you to say your experience about. Better be closely related to this role. Mine wasn't, so did not receive an offer.
