It was a terrible experience for me. The hiring manager didn't even look at my resume and when I talked to him over the Teams mentioned right after we started to talk, he had been looking for a more experienced person. Why don't you spend a few minutes reading a resume before setting up an interview? My resume has details of my past work and is easy to understand who I am. I am happy that I didn't get through this. If they don't spend a few minutes reading your resume and understand it, then it isn't worth working for them.
