Interview took less then an hour, with technical round and management round then HR, in technical and machine test they ask you to create a program to communicate with database. that it's use SP to insert the data. and the never use triger, because they are fully dependent on singuler query. just answer basic questions. if you are not confident then just say i dont no... interviewer will explain the question in simpler way, then if u are a good programmer then u can answer the question. HR Process your request vary quickly,i got an offer on the same day of the interview. they never negotiate the salary part. so u have to take what they are giving you. I belive HR round was most difficult, they ask u so many questions, like ur acadamic records and the subjects u got the KT's, they ask to get the medical clearance from a reputed dr. and police clearance.
