I was promised a salary increase and a employee share offering in the first year and they went back on their word in both cases. This has more to do with the on HR employee (who is no longer employed) than the company as a whole. From my experience since then PCL is true to its word (but doesn't promise much).

Straight forward questions, provided great feedback to my questions and listened to my concerns on what I was looking for in my next employer. The interviewer was not just a person that knew things about HR she understood what information I was talking about even if you may have not worked on engineering items.

Entrevista
Several group interviews with department heads that took interest in you mainly in the form of two to three interviewers per group. For the most part it was open and they did try to ease tension. Overall a pleasant experience.
