I got an online interview a week after I applied through the university job posting. The questions were mostly behavioral, such as, they would ask you if you are willing to relocate or not. However, I haven't heard from them yet and it's been three weeks so I probably didn't get the job.
I applied the job on LinkedIn, it has two interview stages, I was on the first video interview, after you pass the first one, they will pass you to the next stage

First they start with an automated online Interview, then they do one in person, then if you make it that far, they will do a phone interview mostly just to tell you more about the job and make sure you are interested.
