The interview process was great. I had two interviews, both 2 and 3 person panels, and a skills test. Additionally, they checked 3 references. Everyone was very friendly and it was non-intimidating environment. Communication was great. They got back to me quickly after each round so I was never left hanging. They asked the standards (why do you want to work here, describe your experience with a, b, and c), where do you see yourself, etc. A lot of behavioural questions.

I had two interviews. One was a zoom meeting and the other was in person. They were standard interview questions and the interviewers made me feel comfortable and not too formal.

Interview process was fair, direct, relevant questions and quick response time, via teams meeting. Overall, it was a good process, and I am happy with the company so far. I look forward to my future success with PCL.
