Was invited for a skills/technical interview then a few days later, another technical interview. After this interview, on the same day, I was interviewed by HR head to give me a chance to ask anything about the company.

Smooth interview process like every interview process. Call you to know more then you would have to have some Coding Exam/Test and after you pass the coding exam/test then there would be a final Interview with the project manager then if you pass they would now give you a job offer.

More on are you willing to commit to work if ever there would be emergencies that would need you on call even at night.
No Pressure from Interviewers, and they are comfortable to talk with. The first interview is the technical interview and the second interview is more on the highlighting of your project experiences.

Initial interview with HR. Exam, Philippine panel interview, phone or Skype interview with HK based manager or TL. Can take as quick as 1 day or a few weeks.
You will only proceed to the next step if you passed the previous step. HR will pressure you into accepting the offer if you pass all stages.
