The initial application phase, consisted of sending a CV along with a cover letter to the HR team. After a few weeks, I was contacted by the HR team (via phone) to briefly discuss my application and arrange a virtual interview with the programme director. This was a 30minute long interview and consisted of general competency based q's. At the end of the interview I was informed that regardless of the outcome I would hear back in 2-3 weeks. Received a call from the HR team and was informed that they wanted to progress my application to a face to face interview, which I am prepping for.
