There is a two stage interview. In the first level the jobs requirements are explained and also the expectations of working a lot more during summer months. Normally, the first phase interview is with the Senior Director and one of the Regional Directors. They ask questions about the ability in terms of problem-solving. They are interested in Sales experience and ability to communicate well both in writing and orally.
