The interview process was rather smooth in the beginning. The recruiter responded fast because I was apparently one of their "top candidates" (something they stated). Then after the last interview with top leadership, I was sent a very generic email about how they moved on with other candidates. This was at the last stage and after them saying promising things...they didn't even have the decency to send a personal email or give a quick 5 minute call. That's what other companies do. The thing is, although this was some what of a slap in the face...it's kind of eye opening too. Imagine if this is how they treat their "top" candidates, how they actually treat their employees. Enough said...
