I had a disappointing experience during my interview with this company. The interviewer barely made eye contact, seemed distracted throughout the process, and was multitasking instead of being present in the conversation. There was little to no effort to establish any rapport or provide clarity.
I was given a task with extremely vague instructions and no context or guidance whatsoever. When I asked for clarification, I was met with minimal feedback and an attitude that suggested I should "just figure it out." While I understand that some companies prefer to see how candidates handle ambiguity, there’s a difference between testing autonomy and offering zero support or direction.
Overall, the process felt disorganized and impersonal. I left the interview with more confusion than insight into the role or the company culture. I hope the company reconsiders how they approach candidate interactions—first impressions matter on both sides.

Entrevista
In the first interview the company presented itself and the job description. The only thing they were interested in is how acquainted with Tableau the candidate was. They seemed to have 0 interest in the candidate and past experience as not a single question regarding my CV was asked. The second interview was a presentation of an assignment given. Once again, no question on the CV was asked making the whole procedure very impersonal

Stay away!
They will give you an assessment to do in Tableau and you are going to present it.
The offer is definitely not worth the effort and time to do so, even for junior standards.
Attitude of “big serious company” but only for the image.
For example, you did a great work and you have heard great words about the assessment. Then you hear a meaningless offer which you try to negotiate and suddenly all of the “faults” and “misses” in the assignment are coming up.
Stay away, there are a lot of better companies
