I applied with my Resume through the company website, courtesy of Indeed. After a few days, I received an email notification alerting me that I was eligible for the next step in the process. After taking the Socratic Method survey, I was then notified that I was eligible for a phone interview, which was the final step.

I was freaked out for no reason. My interviewer was so positive, kind, and helpful. I felt at ease the moment we started talking. The interview only lasted ten minutes too!

How would you explain the difference between a proper noun and a common noun to a third grader? If and how would you avoid using bias in your teaching if a student had a different opinion and perspective than you?

Just one interview and a follow-up to confirm I had the job. Both were over the phone and easily scheduled. My interviewer was very professional and seemed to be really listening.

Asked about my experience, about why I was interested in Paper in particular, and a few questions which were more to judge my skill level with essay review (I think?). A few of those were pretty difficult.
