After applying, a hiring manager first sends an email to notify the applicant about conducting a virtual interview via Zoom. Once accepted, they email the contract using DocuSign, all remotely done.

Entrevista
Before the first interview, you receive two tests.
1. To check your writing abilities
2. To check your reviewing capabilities
After you have completed and passed the two tests, you have a single (sometimes two) phone interviews where you answer some questions about your educational experience, any gaps in your work experience, how well you can work in a remote environment and general questions about yourself (such as education background) etc.

Quick and easy, all online, first was reached out by recruiter than had to answer some questions about past experiences, then had a mock tutoring sessions, process took a couple of weeks from start to finish
