I listened more than I was asked to speak. That is a new dynamic for me. My plant manager did my first interview. Since he is a US Marine, (retired), we spent a significant portion of the interview talking about our experiences, leadership styles, expectations. It was time very well spent. My next interview was a phone interview with the Vice President of Operations. She was/is unfamiliar with Manufacturing/Production. Very pleasant sounding individual. I wish her the very best.
