It was smooth. A third party handles all the interview process, The interviewer was okay. I was asked medium level questions. It was ok experience. The interviewer camera was not on giving a sense of dysconnectivity.

First vacancy are opened and resumes are collected for relevant position, than HR call to candidate and collect basic details, work experience, will to change job or not expected salary etc., if candidate is ok then resume send to concerned department and interview is scheduled.
