First I had a phone interview with the head of HR, she described the position to me and gave me a little back story about what the company does then asked if I had any questions. The next day I had an in person interview with the head of HR, then the CFO then the COO then the CEO. It lasted a little over two hours but was mostly pleasant and conversational.
