Saw Kenworth/Paccar at a career fair at my university. Followed up with HR and applied online for an engineering internship position. No phone interview. Only onsite interview with a group of various engineers from different departments. Rather difficult questions mostly about my extra-curricular activities and clubs. Offered the job about a week later with good email communication in between.

Describe the most difficult repair you have done on your car. What you would say to the engineer that designed that part or section of the car? Would you have designed it differently?
Great interview, behavioral star questions that ask about who you are as a person, how you solve problems and how well you work on a team. 2 rounds with offer weeks after 2nd round. Interview process takes too long, the whole process was spread over months.
Good it was pretty good although i did not eat the job so that was not good about it. The interviewer was a very nice person and we had a pleasant conversation for about 30 minutes.

A phone call to schedule the interview. The interview was in person, business professional dress code. The interview was quick around 30 min all behavioral-based questions. The interview took place in their office with around 3 people interviewing you.
