There are 2 interviews for this position. 1st with the other Senior Buyer and Recruiter, and 2nd with the entire Executive Team (GM, FM, HRM, CPO and Recruiter). It can seem quite intimidating. They are very thorough to ensure they hire the right person for the job, and do their best to make you feel more comfortable to get insight into you and your work ethic. If they tend to rephrase the question, or shake their head after you've answered, it's a good indication you did not answer it correctly,
