After a first very good conversation with the R&D manager who assured me I would pass to the second round with HR, was rudely rejected by HR by a clearly standard mail. I have the feeling HR is not so happy about the enormous amount of applicants they have after making that much advertisements and filling their site claiming they are 'different'.
