A pre-interview editorial task sent - with no previous warning - approximately two-three days before the interview An approximately one-hour long interview with competency based questions. The nature of the competency questions had also not previously been hinted at in the pre-interview information.

Entrevista
Two interviewers took turns asking competency-based questions. There was an opportunity for questions after this. This was then followed by a short skills test - proofreading a piece of text for content, style and punctuation issues.
