Quick screening with the recruiter, then a request for a portfolio, then a second interview with two team members. I sent a thank you note the same day and followed up a week later. Never heard back. Not a good look for Oxford.

Initial interview then extended take home test where you were asked to do calculations in excel with 12 questions Then make a slide show and present it. It was very time consuming and seemed unacceptable to ask after one call
