A hiring agency did the first process and then it was the team manager and the general manager .Then after there was 2 more interviews, it was kind of an aptitude test.

It was a one way video interview and was the first stage of the interview. i was sent a web link to sign up and start the interview process. It was pretty easy to set up and very straightforward

Applied online. Had a phone interview then was invited to go for in person interview. Manager was great, very friendly. From application to waiting for a call back from interview took about 2 months. Unfortunately, they hired someone who already works for oxford (internal employee)
