The interview process was fairly straightforward with the first round taking place with HR. After completing a behavioural interview, there was very minimal direction provided on next steps and I received an automated rejection email. When followed up with HR, there was no response. I would have hoped there would be mutual respect for a candidate’s time and HR would be open to providing some feedback.
