In person interview at the centre followed by a 1 hour interaction with the students . In the interview I was asked to introduce myself and then my availability was confirmed, if I could commute comfortably. Question on my achievements, good part and concerns about tutoring at the centre, how I resolve conflicts etc. 2-3 easy maths questions were given to solve.
I was asked to tell more about myself and along with some strength and weaknesses questions, followed by a short math assesment test with easy lower grade level questions, dress professional and show enthusiasm

They just ask simple questions, your experiences tutoring and your availability, your desired wage and hours and i think thats all they asked me, but it maybe different for other people
