Fue un proceso muy largo, alrededor de 3 entrevistas por videollamada. La etapa final es en Europa y proporcionan un apoyo económico insuficiente para el viaje, es una sesión en grupo muy similar a las entrevistas previas, debes convencer a un CEO de comprar un espacio en el reporte. En realidad es un trabajo enfocado en ventas, lo más importante son las habilidades para convencer.

It was a role play. I had to sell an ad spot to a bank CEO. They gave me material to prepare and two opportunities to do it okay. I practiced with chatgpt a lot. They also asked about my background and international experience. It was all in english via zoom

First, they had me fill out an extremely redundant questionnaire of approximately 50 questions. It asked the same question multiple times and ended up being 10+ pages long. Afterwards, there were a series of Skype interviews. The first one, was a general interview. The following two were a "mock presentation." The final round of the interview was a 8 hour long interactive day of activities, games, tests and whatnot. After all of that, they did not offer anyone the job. They said that they ended up hiring more experienced hires recently and were no longer in need. In other words, they dragged us all through 5 rounds worth of interviews and then would not own up to their own HR mix up. It was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
