Panel interview (approx 45mins) and then 1 hour to complete a written test (in tray exercises, document scanning and mathematical questions). The receptionists were welcoming, the interviewers were friendly and open, and the written test was clear and plenty of time was given. The building was open and well kept, and anyone I came into contact with was friendly and smiling.
