I got interviews a month back. I cleared 3 technical round and HR scheduled HR call and canceled it. HR asked that she cannot offer Lead Backend Developer and can offer Senior Software Engineer and I even agreed for that. When I asked the reason, she said the position was on hold. I followed up for two times and she said the position is still on hold. In the first place, if the position is not planned properly why to take interviews. I recommend to not attend any interviews in this company.
