Started out with a phone screening. Next a bunch of candidates were flown out to Texas. First day was a tour of their facility and the second day was interviews.

Very straight forward questions regarding leadership. Nothing out of the box.
Got selected for video interview. Not too difficult, basic questions. Was 30 minutes long.
There were 2 interviewers. 'How would you rate your skill in SolidWorks?' 'Describe a time you had to lead a team'

Three round process, 1st screening, 2nd 30 minute, and final interview was 1hr technical. Friendly interviewers and easy questions, answer with STAR method. Got feedback from interviewers after second interview.

I met them at the Career Fair meeting followed by 30 minute sit down interview the next day. There were two interviewers on my panel, one person was a member of HR and the other person was an Engineer who had gone through their rotational program.
