There were two rounds of interviews. In the first round, you meet with 3 younger staff. In the second round, you meet with leadership. They are looking for long-term “culture fits”. Nice people.

Clear, concise, and transparent. My role met my expectations and understanding, and the compensation was reasonable. It was a relaxed interview, and they reimbursed me to travel to the HQ office and my hotel/flight/meal expenses.

Entrevista
First, there is a brief Skype interview where they discuss your portfolio. Then, you may visit the office for two days where you meet with architects and principles. The architect's interview discusses your design work again, while the principles meeting is more about company culture/benefits. Be advised that the teachings of Jesus are very important to this firm's principles. Overall, a great interview process. Not many companies are this invested in their potential employees.
