I participated in 5 interviews which included an initial interview with a recruiter, 3 separate interviews with managers in various departments and then an assessment/presentation all within one week. I moved forward to a reference check which was supposed to be the final step before getting an offer letter. Although I felt the interviews went well, I did not receive an offer. I think my biggest frustration with the interview process is the amount of time that was asked to participate in the interviews and then the constant wait of HR needing to hear from the CEO about budget and funding for this particular position.

The interview was really confusing and was conducted in an extremely unprofessional manner, as a dentist who’s not familiar with business jargon , the first question was a bussiness one, then of course comes the lack of empathy and the Haughtiness's of the interviewer himself which tells you all you need to know about the work culture there!
