Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Ovative Group (Minneapolis, MN) en ene 2022
Entrevista
Process moved quickly and everyone was great to work with from HR. The final round of interviews included creating a deck of ideas to show your skills, which was a lot of work but understandable for the role at hand.

General interview with hiring manager. Pretty basic questions with some logic questions and a presentation of your assesment at the end. The assesment took me a while before getting the interview and I thought that would be the central part of the interview but it was actually more focused on experience and market sizing questions.

Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Ovative Group en oct 2024

I felt positive after the interview and received positive feedback throughout the various stages (exam, screening, and 4 "final" interviews). Still, I was extremely disappointed with the communication after those were done. Not only did I have to follow up three separate times to get updates on my application, but I was rejected without any feedback or explanation as to why. For an organization that hires mainly fresh grads and is very closely tied to various campuses, not even providing feedback after almost 6 rounds of interviews is insulting and a trend that I've seen throughout these reviews. I hope Ovative provides more clarity on its recruiting process in the future and doesn't reject students with a short email (after having to ask, mind you) who have put in lots of effort and received positive feedback from every interviewer.
