I applied for the role and I was said that I would be expecting a call. My acquaintance neither referred me. Also since I was an Asian my connection at LinkedIn Andre who was actively recruiting for presales position rejected my application and never got back to me. I worked at zendesk before and it's a reputed company in terms of their help desk. But you won't expect a response from outreach. All their LinkedIn posts are just for expecting likes and generating money. It's a sham.
