Got an email in email after sending CV over their website stating "You’ve been approved to participate in freelance opportunities", then asking me to claim the account, phone and ID (?!) then do an interview online. After googling the company all these really sound like phishing to me... looks like this company is training their AI with recruiters' CV or possibly through the video and such. Description for the video interview is quite ambiguous as follows: "Your interview will consist of a series of questions for you to answer using the camera and microphone on your computer. If you don't have access to a computer, you can also complete your interview using a smartphone or tablet."

Bastante prático, online e rápido. A plataforma é intuitiva. No entanto, para gravar as respostas, tive dificuldade com as perguntas, acabei não gravando minhas respostas e fiquei sem tempo para responder bem.
