Pretty Easy tbh. As long as you know what you are doing the online interview is smooth. The real interview, in a way, comes when you get your first project. make sure to read the instructions and put actual work into it. Don't submit garbage. You staying on the platform and getting more projects depend heavily and exclusively on your performance on your first 3 tasks on the first project. Do your best so you get good reviews. These reviews can make or break your career here.
