I was interview by two people in the Outfest office. They were both very charming, easy to talk to, and seemed excited about my potential with their organization. They asked a lot of questions about my background and talked a little bit about what the internship would entail. In the end, by inability to have access to a car was the main reason I didn't get the internship. One of the people who interviewed actually called to break the news to me about a week later. He was very courteous and complimentary to my interview skills.
