      Entrevista

      I applied through a 3rd party staffing agency, but the position was direct hire. I had 1st interview (phone screen) with recruiter from the staffing company. 2nd interview was a remote meeting with Outcomes with a team manager and tech lead. This was conversational, asking about work history, projects that I've worked on, and technical questions driven by my resume and past projects. 3rd interview was a 2-part interview in person. The first part was confusing - I met with different people, but it was basically the same interview as the 2nd round. The second part was a live coding exercise testing Java and TDD skills. It was like a LeetCode easy/medium question and you had to write unit tests. I learned at the end of the interviews that they were evaluating me for 2 different teams so that was why 2 of the interviews were so similar. I did well in all the interviews and completed the coding exercise correctly, made a couple of mistakes during the coding exercise but I noticed and corrected them myself. Eventually they followed up with my staffing company saying they rejected me basically because I didn't go through the coding exercise perfectly. They took a long time to follow up after each round and I kept thinking they ghosted me.

      Interview process is good. DSA test was first round. Then a tech+managerial round which was easy. Then HR round. It was smooth and simple if you are prepared. Just focus on basics.
