You are given a time to come in, and you let the host know when you arrive. The host then goes and tells the manager on duty, and you can often wait anywhere from ten to forty minutes, even at our slowest hours. The interviewer is quite kind during the interview and will try roping you into a different position to fill their more needed positions, such as hosting. Table Bussers and Hostesses have a quick turn over and in my 6 months there only 4 hosts remained more than 6 weeks, with at least 7 lasting less than 2 weeks. The interview lasts around 20-30 minutes, after your initial wait. After the interview, they ask you to wait in the front lobby for another 10-30 minutes and they will tell you when the group orientation is if you are hired

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.
