The first round with HR was short and crisp; I got a real sense of the company's values and the exciting opportunities the role offered. Then came the second round with the team lead and the senior writer, and it was an amazing two-hour discussion! The panelists were incredibly warm and friendly, and we were just having a genuine conversation about my technical writing skills and the unique challenges of the position. Finally, the last round with the Director was fantastic. We chatted for an hour, and it was clear they cared about finding the perfect fit for their organization's culture. Throughout the process, I was constantly updated on the progress, making it all the more professional and reassuring. I got my offer within two weeks of the start of the interview.
