The interview process began 1 week after my application and consisted of 4 stages and a total of 3 weeks. 1) Recruiter Screen 2) HM Interview 3) Virtual Panel (4 people) 4) CPO Interview Everyone was very professional yet still warm and welcoming. I felt their “Human First” value throughout the whole process. The team was cohesive in describing the expectations of the position and asked related questions that were both fair yet challenging and thought provoking. The amount of communication, transparency, and professionalism experienced with both their team and RPO staff, made me feel valued and respected as a candidate.
