The interview was very well organised and straight forward. I had three interviews and a task related to my job role. The first interview was with HR and was very friendly. The first interview focused on who I was as a person and a discussion about my values and what was important to me in a workplace. The second interview was with three members of the science team in which my role would be embedded, we discussed the purpose of the science team and what I would bring into the role I was applying for. After the second interview I completed a three hour task related to my role, the task was interesting and fun to do. A week after the task was completed I was invited for a final interview with two further people from the science team, including my future line manager. The process was clear from the start and I had timely correspondence from HR and the science team.
