I'm in the process currently. I had a phone interview and next step is to meet the clincal management onsite where the position is available. The initial screening interview was pretty cut and dry.

This started with a phone interview, in person interview and then I job shadowed. After spending several hours shadowing I never received a call from HR. I was told I would be contacted either way. I felt this was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
