I was called and asked to set up an appointment to come in to the main office which is located in Fulton, NY. I met with the program director who was the supervisor for the on-site manager at the group home that I applied to, as well as a few other group homes in the area. After my first interview I was called at the end of the same week to have an interview in the group home that I applied for. There I met with the on-site supervisor and was invited to stay for dinner, where I met some of the staff and all the residents in the home. Around 2 weeks later I was called to say I had been chosen for the position and asked if I accepted the offer. Was then given to the on site supervisor to make a training schedule.
