I interviewed with Oscar Robertson Solutions (Cincinnati, OH). There was a one to one interview, then a group interview. If you did well with these two interviews, then a quality/skills test was administered in addition to a background test.
Focus should be on how you as an employee can make an impact and difference with this company. What unique skills can you bring to the table to make as an employee to make this company a fantastic company. The interview process was not easy by any chance.
