I applied online and ultimately I received an e-mail from HR with an in-person meeting invite. I had a pleasant interview with the hiring mgr. subsequently I really looked forward to the next step in the interview process. Absolutely nothing could have prepared me for the group interview. This meeting was extremely dysfunctional. Before the Surgeon arrived, team members randomly walked in and out of the interview, it was very distracting. Two of the members forgot their poker faces and even hinted about the lack of growth and development within the organization. The team lacked something that I pride myself on--professionalism.
