3 interviews. Final one is in chicago, with 3 execs. They have all been with the company awhile, nice guys but ortho is interesting how they recruit. They are typically choosing more polished people, when they do not they'll let them go quickly

The interview process was quick and seamless. They do 1 phone interview with the hiring manager, one face to face, and one final interview - 3 total. The interviewers were direct but very fair. Standard sales interview questions about my experience, why I wanted to be in sales, and why work there. The recruiting team was very communicative with me and gave me very clear expectations as well as a solid timeline. They had their stuff together and everything they said would come true did. Compared to other companies, this was a very pleasant experience.

Long interview process - greater than a month. Phone interview with the prospective manager, then in person interview in home city, then in person final interview in Chicago. I heard back from them within 3 days of the final interview.
