Attended Hiring event, it had about 6 tables for floors that were looking to hire new or experienced RNS. Went to tables, if they were interested in you, they would schedule you to return for an interview. Very informal but good way to sell yourself initially. Set up one interview right there another interview I was called back for another unit on the following day. Both interviews were easy, and relaxed, even though there were about 5 people there. The questions were fairly easy, mostly behavioral questions but nothing difficult.
