Process was good but questions for tech was by HR. Who does not know anything about JD and tech part. Discuss more about the company rather than checking candidates technical proficiency

Entrevista
I had arrived at the appointed time but had to wait for 20 minutes for the beginning. I had been interviewed by the project manager and two team members. Firstly, I talked about myself, then I had been asked questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Everything was ok, they promised to contact me regarding the results. But it was the last time that I heard anything from them. In general, the interview was at the very amateur level.
