The interview process was very thorough and took about two months from initial response to offer letter. The recruiter was extremely friendly and responsive, and my questions were answered quickly throughout the process. The employees I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming, and the office atmosphere was laid back. The salary offered was fair for the market. My only critical feedback would be that the office space itself (when I arrived for an on-site interview) seemed fairly disorganized, from work stations to the break rooms. This startup could probably use an office manager, or someone in charge of making sure internal organization is taken up a notch.
